Product Display

Every effort has been made to display the products on the Beadoire Boutique website as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your computer monitor will greatly affect the colours you see on the screen. We cannot accept responsibility for these colour variations.

We reserve the right to amend any errors relating to pricing and product information at any time without prior notice. Occasionally typographical errors do occur and are purely unintentional. Beadoire Boutique (Australia) disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages and costs you may incur as a result of the information being inaccurate or incomplete in any way, and for any reason.

PAYMENT METHODS

All monetary amounts are expressed in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment can be made using your Credit Card through Paypal or by Direct Debit. Phone orders are accepted with payment by credit card at time of ordering. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Orders paid for by any method other than Paypal will be despatched on receipt of payment. Please contact Beadoire Boutique to discuss other forms of payment if the above are not an option for you.

RETURNS

FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE: Apparel Only

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided that the item is in its original re-sellable condition* with tags attached and that proof of purchase is shown. No refund will be given for change of mind.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange item, a store credit will be issued with the validity of 30 days.

*Original re-sellable condition – In all instances, returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items that smell of perfume or deodorant will automatically be returned to the customer, so please take care when trying on your purchases. Beadoire Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not adhere to these conditions.

No exchanges or refunds will be granted for “Sale” or “Reduced” items unless deemed faulty by Beadoire Boutique.

FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

All items featured on this site are also for sale at our Boutique in Wynnum, Brisbane. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that your online purchase goes smoothly, there may be occasion when an item has been purchased by another customer in our store within minutes of your online order.

If this should happen, Beadoire Boutique will contact the supplier to see if we can order the item in for you which might add an additional week to the delivery of your order. You will be contacted by the store should this happen. Beadoire Boutique reserves the right to cancel an online sale if the product is not available for any reason. No payment will be collected until we have the item ready to send out to you.

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind . You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.

EXCHANGES

If you have purchased the wrong size, please ensure that you contact the store on (07)33962233 immediately so that we can put aside the correct size for you. The original item must be shipped back to our Wynnum Store within 14 days of purchase. The cost for the return is at the customer’s expense and it is recommended that a trackable shipping method is used. Beadoire Boutique does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. All returned items must be in its original re-sellable condition* with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange will be issued. The delivery cost of any exchanges will be at the customer’s expense, regardless of the item’s cost.

No refund will be given if your goods are lost in transit. Beadoire will endeavour to assist you to the best of our ability to locate your items if they are misplaced in transit however it is up to the customer to contact Australia Post and resolve the issue with them directly.

SHIPPING

Free Shipping on all orders over $150 by Express Post overnight delivery.

Orders under $150 will be despatched using Australia Post PARCEL POST service which offers basic tracking of your purchase whilst it is in transit. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number for your parcel sent from Australia post. You can use this number to track the whereabouts of your parcel at any time. If a delivery is attempted while no one is home, Australia Post will either leave your item at your door or leave you a card instructing you pick up the package from your local Australia Post outlet.

Every effort will be made to dispatch your online purchase on the same day as payment has been received. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

STORE PICKUP

You can also choose to pick up your online order at our Wynnum store. To do this, proceed with making your online purchase as usual, then select the “Pick up from Store” option in the payment method section. You have 48 hours to pick up your ordered items from the store after which time your order will be automatically cancelled and without further notice, and the stock returned to the shop floor. We are flexible, so if you need more time please call the store on (07)33962233 to discuss your requirements.

We do not do overseas shipping at this time, however, enquiries are welcome and shipping quotes can be given on our Apparel items only.
